Yeah he is. He is not a bad healer but once you use his abilities he is kinda a brick.
I hardly ever spoke. I was a bad student because of that.
I almost said something similar, I don’t care if the enemy team has a battle mercy, but it drives me nuts when she on my team.

You know I just thought of this. Why havent we ever asked Hotaru if she is in on the country wide “joke” about NM?
Does everyone not from NM have to take the “Mexico!” Class?
A example would be you meet someone from NM and they tell they are from NM and you must reply “Mexico!?” Followed by a variation of “how do you like this country?”
Meanwhile the person from NM replies “NM is in this counrty” while rolling their eyes

i dont use her that way, but i found it actually enjoyabl in the story mode.
took most damage (mercy tank when?), most dmg dealt to special, and w/e the 3rd thing is.

her self heal keeps her healed after a second or so of avoiding gunfire.
