Can you define massive success? The already lost seagull. They have been mired with toxicity from a players. So I wouldn’t call that a success.
It was mostly a satire, based on how general community sees OWL and how disconnected devs are from it.

He was joking, but OWL is a massive success. Every slot was sold for 20m each, season 2 spots are sold for 65m each and the sold 8 SPOTS for season 2 only. The viewers are triple what is expected, and they’re already profitable on the inaugural season, where usually leagues take 3 seasons or so to be profitable.
And seagull almost never played so I don’t see how him leaving the league affects it in any way. If anything it does better for the game because it gives him streaming presence for the game, instead of being benched doing nothing AND not streaming.
On topic: It will be about the social feature and Torbjorn rework. There will be balance change for Pharah, Sym, and some other heroes, but he won’t mention all the balance changes that will happen on PTR in the video itself. 100% sure I’m right.
also there will be absolutely zero mention of OWL in it undeniably because it’s not his position to talk about it. He almost never speaks about OWL in dev updates anyway.
I think they might bring up Symmetra.

Yes, because there has been constant complaining about Doomfist for months. I believe he easily counters this comp called GOATS and no one wants to switch to any of his counters, and some of his counters are trash. Ana and Zen being are being played more, and Doomfist wrecks these 2 and most of the time some Zen and Ana players don’t want to switch. So that can be another reason why players are complaining about him
Small buffs and bug fixes somehow makes Doomfist OP, I don’t think he is OP. I think he will get nerfed (I hope he doesn’t) I just dont want him to go back to F tier.
I don´t think they will nerf him, the problem is that most of Doomfist counters are a little bit undertuned or completely UnderPowered, I place my bets that they will only continue to fix his bugs.
