It meant as he went up in rank he lost a part of his kit. It’s not a good thing to lose options. What’s cheesy about using an attack that requires you to be up close to get a kill? No more cheesy than Reaper. As it was it could have been removed from the game entirely for all the difference it’d make. That’s really poor game design.
