The solution that makes fan weaker against tanks while keeping it a credible threat is to take the free reload off of roll but buffing the per bullet damage of fan (since McCree can no longer double fan which nearly halves his output). That reduces the total damage dealt to shields and tanks from Fan-Roll-Fan so tanks get some relief there. I hope ya’ll like the idea Roadhog and Ball doing whatever they please to your team though…
Since I’ve already had this argument… What is funny is that people claim that McCree deletes squishies with FTH already so this literally WOULDN’T change that while still reducing his tank kill potential… but they STILL argue against it.
Funny that.
Let’s not forget, while we are discussing possible McCree changes, that the ONLY buff in the history of the game that made him viable was +25HP.
