So can anyone link patch notes or just TLDR the major changes? I already know about the strange changing of a couple of the new voice lines. Roadhog’s second “I don’t like talkers” line was replaces as was Brig’s repeated line.
The only main change in today’s patch other than the voiceline changes was a bugfix to allow Ashe to get ult charge while Bob is out.

Isn’t it just immediate bug fixes, and minor cosmetic touch ups.
They are probably getting ready for bigger updates, but these things they figured out and had enough of them to roll out a minor patch.
