I’ve just played something like 4 games 2 of which were on genji and the game crashed on both occasions, while it didn’t when I was playing different characters. the error report was sent, what should I do to diagnose the error better? maybe it’s something about my computer let me know. cheers bye
If necessary Blizzard can look up those error reports if you start a web ticket. Otherwise start with these common steps:
I’ll take those steps, what i’ve found out is while using asus ez mode for tuning my pc, the xmp and intel rapid storage turned themeselves on. Which i know from previous experiencea may cause random game crashes, on a side the performance increase didn’t cause any problem while playing hitscan, in fact the hit registration felt amazing and it was like i had no input lag whatsoever.
