Is dim! Very dim indeed! People will hate on new heroes and when that’s said and done, then they will complain that x and y heroes are OP or UP just because they main them or haven’t played them yet, this is a dark and twisted cycle of the history of Overwatch and it sickens to see all this hatred and malice that comes out of these forums, there’s no constructive criticism at all! It’s all toxicity and hatred from here on out. Good luck to all those who still have hope for this game to get better because I really lost hope for this game and it’s people. OW 2 won’t make this any better either, in fact, it’ll just make things even worse! So, don’t count on OW 2, it might seem like a ‘new’ thing at first, but I guarantee that NOTHING will change. So, again good luck to all those who STILL have hope for this dead and forsaken game.
Although I agree, if blizzard figures things out we may have a chance. Let’s just hope they can fix it. Though it’s so unlikely. 
I’m sorry to say this, but I have no hope for this game, anymore. I doubt it will get any better from here on out.
I’m with you on this one. I really truly am. Played in the echo showdown today. Made it to round four before we got rolled by a top 500 team with a contenders player on it. It honestly felt that that tournament was the only thing keeping me interested in overwatch at all. It’s over, so now time to scrim a whole bunch for the next one? Hell no. This game honestly lost all its fun for me, and I don’t really see a future in it at all. People are leaving, I probably will too.

But I agree they do need to stop what they are doing. They need to start completely ignoring the community.
Yep, they did a lot of stuff wrong and people said a lot during the years “Overwatch is going to die” or “X game will kill Overwatch” and it didn’t xD
I disagree. I’m going to buy OW2 just to support the franchise/Blizzard, and I’m not even really interested in a PvE story mode, I’ll play it but end up spending 95% of my time playing competitive.
