The doomers were right about OW2

You told us you wouldnt like it and you dont. So what though, you are just one guy and the game is very much alive without you

You can quit dude, but that doesnt make it a failure. you are not that important. skins were never that important either

If that were true then they wouldn’t be the only source of profit for this game now. I’m glad you enjoy mindlessly queuing up for games though.

Like most things, they were right about somethings, wrong about others. Unfortunately they were right about the worst of it.

I just didn’t see the graphical ‘updates’ worthy of a sequel. Woo they changed the time of day. Added a few heroes. It just didn’t sell to me. Any time I was openly skeptical here about OW even needing a sequel. Instant dog pile.

“They put it some much work!” “it isn’t the same game!”

Etc Etc.

Whose laughing now?

Well im playing the game. lol at “mindlessly queuing up”

I dont need to play dress up to enjoy a first person game. I dont plan on buying a single skin but I might buy pve

Then you just free loaded a game funded by the people who do like skins. Blizzard doesn’t care what you think at all.

I’d wager he/she won’t reply to this.

i dont see myself playing ow2 after i finished this battlepass what should be this weekend or next week. game feels like a downgrade to where I quit 2 years ago. if they dont atleast add progression without battlepass and the ridiculous shop pricing (like for example soft-lootboxes) im calling it quits. nothing motivates to continue playing this game. maybe the pve part has something but if it’s left 4 dead in overwatch it’s gonna be boring fast.

Who cares about the first 10 days? Halo Infinite had 20 million players in the first week. Now it barely has 20.

true every game at launch has millions of players nowadays. look at it in 1-2 months. and also ask yourself why blizz doesnt publish player counts anymore.

Im not here to to talk to blizzard. by your own logic they dont care about you either so whats your point exactly? you are not buying them either

You dont matter at all yourself, which is what i said

PvP launch failed, welp they can always try again next year with PvE, its quite genius actually, not only they get the boost from advertising it as a sequel, then can technically launch that sequel, twice

Do you have a problem with people simply enjoying a game?

Do you laugh at people playing sports recreationally because they don’t get a skin at the end of the game?

Such a weird comment.

I don’t need an entity of asset, people and process to “care” what I think.

I just want to shoot things when I’m bored.

Why are you trying to make this deeper than it is?

It’s a product - you like it or you don’t.

The reality is the game is actually fine and plenty active.

If you dont like it then you can leave but you dont matter and its going to live on without you

They are straight-out dumb when they decided to just +100BPXP to bandage support Q.
Also I don’t mind BP or expensive new skin, but locking legacy skins are way too disgusting I won’t bother wasting money on this game

Balance is not good in obvious way but IMO it isn’t as bad as seasons of Doomfist (when I started throwing comp like QP) or Mercy

Yeah I didn’t expect ow2 to do this well, but it goes to show there’s nothing like overwatch, let the doomers be mad. The rest of us will enjoy the game, skins are expensive but that’s not why I play the game anyway lol

Dude you have an insane lack of understanding about OW2 that I dont even know where to begin with.
Nothing you said refutes anything and starting with “unfinished” just exposes your bias way more. This is the PvP part of OW2 and it is very much finished. Using dramatic and charged words will not make your statement less false.

Reality doesnt care though. OW2 PvE is not released, which means you cant complain about being an incomplete sequel, its either false or incredibly bad faith.

100% false.
In OW Supports also had long queues depending on the rank, around 7-9 minutes.
Tanks are the ones waiting more and its less than that so yeah, categorically wrong buddy.

No.
Again, 2CP is shorter and you have less opportunities to bring it back. Get real and stop the drama.

Literally what OW1 was minus the lootboxes. If you play for rewards and cosmetics, you played the wrong game … which is funny because you claim not to care about PvE, which is literally the part of OW2 that would give you things you are after lol.

I didn’t call it incomplete. I called it trash. The PVP portion is “complete” and it sucks. It’s worse than OW1 in every way.

Supports were instant. Stop lying.

In 2CP you had the same chance as the other team. You both had the same amount of time to attack. In Push if you lose 2 fights the team already has the robot pushed over half the way and then even if you take it back you still lose because they will ult smash you.

How did I play the wrong game? OW1 offered those things for 6 years. Now you’re trying to defend OW2 taking away half the game and locking it behind $12000 paywalls.

I honestly can’t tell if you actually believe the things you say or if you just enjoy being a contrarian. I suspect it’s the latter and you get off on trolling.

You know what I would like to know…

Where is that PVE content they marketed so heavily with OW2…

They delayed it. Weird.

So when do I get my $1000 Beige?

After the first week of server issues both Tank & DPS queues were under 5 minutes as I predicted, you owe me
