Roadhog is pretty well balanced imo. Just one thing must be addressed: the amount of ult charge enemies get while shooting at roadhog should be reduced. Other tanks have armor and shields to mitigate ult charge. But roadhog has nothing to prevent feeding other than hiding his massively attractive body.

He is, except for his hook. Not sure if many knows it, withing certain time window you can adjust hook direction which pretty much makes it harder to miss than to hook, cause his hook is already a target seeking projectile. Avoiding his hook is real pain in the bottom part of the human body.
All those master+ hogs of 20 hooks miss like 1 time only
