The Brigitte nerf is sloppy and inconsistent

Basically, it’s a nerf that only affects Reinhardt, the highest used character. Orisa and everyone else will still have a terrible time.

No it isn’t. This is a HUGE buff to Winston too. He can dance around her forever as long as his shield’s intact.
