I don’t know if this is allowed, but I want to make a teammate praising thread! :+1:

I’ll start:

To the team I just had 10 minutes ago, you’re the bomb diggitty! It was a hard match but you guys really pulled it through!

I had the first team comp in a long time for Total Mayhem early this morning and had a blast. I don’t usually get grouped up with people, because I don’t have many OW friends on my blizz account. It was nice to get invited out of the blue and wreck some other teams!

If you’ve never done it, a full team stack in Total Mayhem is a blast!

Shoutout to my teammates in games that we lose that don’t get angry or blame everything under the sun except themselves.

Graceful losing is the true sign of mental stability

Not cracking under pressure either will win you that handful of extra games when it’s evenly matched or youre outclassed.

More on topic, it was some time since i played, but i praise all the lucio players able to calm down their angry teammates trying to start the in fight during the match over stats.

There are a few players I bump into pretty regularly in my QP matches that I would shoutout by name, but I don’t think that’s allowed so a vague description for each will have to do :p

  • A very chill D.va player who’s always a pleasure to play support for, as they always peel for me :)

  • A Wrecking Ball player who’s got a great sense of humor, and is pretty dang good at the hero/game in general

  • Another Wrecking Ball player who’s really chill, and absolutely cracked at the hero and his various techs. An absolute joy to play with.

  • A Genji/Cassidy player with godlike aim and a very chill attitude.

The last DPS sesh I had was great. I felt like my supports were very attentive and they didn’t give up on me after a rough fight.

It feels so good to take a risk and have it pay off with a good pick and then you get peel from your support so you can push it further. You QP support mains have my heart.

I stay silent the entire match. But if they offend me, I will reciprocate as well. I am not obliged to accept the antics of toxic players in any online game.

By the way, there is always a rotten DPS spirit that cannot make kills or deal damage. Then it’s always the tank or support’s fault. But NEVER from DPS… amazing.

Literally my last game, the Tank and one of the Supports were in chat just talking the entire time. Pretty chill and also pretty funny. Gave way less commentary during the entire match just to listen to them :joy:

All remaining tank players. Whether you’re good or bad, win or lose. You’re carrying this game on your backs right now. For every DPS and support that flame you for being trash, they wouldn’t even be able to play their game without you.

They needed you more than you needed them.

Thank you to all of the supports who know how to play their role. Can’t tell you how many hundreds of thousands of tank deaths I’ve had over the years from just the lack of any healing at all. I will often die thinking our supports are dead… but they are just off somewhere fighting a Sombra or Junkrat by themselves

I’m getting a friend into Overwatch right now. She immediately gravitated to tank and melee specifically (Rein & Brig lol) and I’m so proud. So ready to carry the world on her shoulders.

I warned her it’s a nasty job and of course she is currently wood tier but she loves it so far.

To some rando Doomfist I played with last nite.

I joked about its my birthday and I want your POTG in Disco Skin and Disco Highlight as present and you actually did it.
