That’s the reality of the current state of the game….
The people who stand up to the throwers get their accounts banned while the throwers themselves just continue to queue. If the report system actually worked correctly, I wouldnt see throwers nearly every single game.
Yet now, because I dare call them out my account gets closed, whilst they play the victim, roll over on their backs and blizzard scratches their belly happily. The match quality would not be as bad as it is if the report system actually punished the correct players
They’re too busy punishing the longtime dedicated players who call out BS in chat, while the actual people who ruin the game continue to play completely unscathed likely on smurf accounts and not giving a care what they do.
End of the day, all blizzard have done is lost a paying customer at the expense of defending throwers.
After my main account of 9yrs has now been closed, losing every single ow1 skin, every single mythic and over $400 of premium currency, Im just gonna make another account and play on that but spend no money.
So all closing my account of 9yrs has done is lose them money. Im still playing the game, they cant stop me or anyone from making infinite accounts, but theyve lost me as a paying customer cus im not investing money in a 2nd account which could also be deleted at any point with no warning. So congrats blizz on your closing of my account not actually preventing me from playing your game but just giving me a good reason to never spend money on it again.
