Soldier: 76 is also arguably one of the worst tanks in the game.
Roadhog is not a tank and he is not a bruiser. He’s a DPS who had his HP stat mistakenly changed into something it wasn’t supposed to be.
So yeah, he is a poor substitution for a tank when he is in fact: Not a tank at all.
