I do think the first change they need to make is to put people from canceled matches back into the front of the queue.

this looks good on the surface but has not net advantage or disadvantage. (you have shorter queue times, because no one was allowed to skip ahead of you) Play enough games and leavers will average out the queue times.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to incentivize playing a reluctant tank or support.

I think the best answer is just to show us win/loss/tie record on each role. I’m going to play all roles more or less equally. So I’d at least like that information.
