Oh I gots all the time in the world to be petty. You can call me Peppermint Petty. My thoughts - you get what you give.
How twisted is your logic?
“Haha I can insult you but when you refuse to heal me I report you for gameplay sabotage. On top if that if you dare speak out in the forums I call you toxic there!”
Ignorance is bliss, eh?
You seem (!) like the kind showing up on the forums regularly to vent about “once again being unfairly banned from chat because of just using the regular level of toxicity”… big news: there is no room for toxicity at all and if you understand that nobody will ever have a problem and stop healing you.
They really need to fix this bug, it’s becoming more and more common.
Toxic or not, that is throwing. I do not condone someone for being a jerk, but you aren’t just getting revenge on him, you are literally refusing to heal a team mate and making them go out of combat if they even can to get a health pack or leaving them to die. That means you are practically a 4v5 for the rest of the game. I know a lot of us joke and all but I’m tired of seeing this toxic support mindset. It’s petty. Stop putting your team down over an idiot behind a screen. Report them after the game and avoid and move on.
There is a second healer. Albeit, pretty sure they pissed them off too.
Back when I would one trick characters people did not appreciate, they would refuse to heal me. It was fine, I just played around it. I did not consider that to be “throwing” even if it was odd that someone so passionate about a win would play in a way that dramatically reduced our chance of winning.
The amount of times I would carry a game as a Torb or Sym back in the day and refused to get healed so I just hung out near health packs lol
Intentionally reducing the chances of winning a game is throwing.
Also want to add: Forcing your second support to pick up your slack isn’t cool. It’s annoying, it adds more pressure, and more work.
