If you place your turrets on a basketball at the beginning of a round and they get destroyed you will no longer be able to spawn turrets. You can use the cooldown and the animation will play but no turret is deployed.

It happened to me randomly on havana. One second i was shooting my turrets and then for the rest of the game the turrets would not spawn. The animation and sound happened but no turret formed. And the turret count in the bottom left didn’t change but it used up the cooldown.

yup it happens with other environmental things as well. when the turrets get destroyed by things like the payload, push bot, moving platforms etc they get destroyed and you won’t be able to place them anymore
