As someone with with sym as one of their most played heros. Not really, at least not after the last sombra rework.
While yes sym does a good job stoping sombra from hacking her with turrets and beam, sombra does not need to hack to kill sym.
Sombra TTK with virus and primary fire without hack is still way lower then syms TTK.
When it comes to a duel between sym and sombra usally it comes down to if sombra lands virus, if sombra lands virus its usally her win, if she misses virus its more 50/50.
Now obviously im not god level gamer, only plat, so it may be different at GM or bronze level.
