Sym Changes Analysis - You went too far

First of all, thanks for this amazing patch, so full of little stuff i always wanted to see added to the game.
Role Queue looks better than i could imagine.
You even gave rein a passive, how cool is that?

But.
But but.
But but BUT.

Symmetra.

While i like that you gave a shot to infinite tp (and slightly longer range), i think you grossly overestimated how powerful infinite tp is.
So, to trade for it she got:

  • massively reduced uptime
  • can’t go back and forth as fast.

That kinda feel like overkill.
I’m fine with cd starting on destruction, but why 15s? Shouldn’t it be shorter?
And why 1.5 seconds before re-using it? It’s one of the few ways sym can use to engage.

That and the global slow and ult changes which are a further nerf to her.

I’m reminded of Sombra’s Infinite Invisibility and translocator, in which you tried some tradeoffs, but ended up basically destroying her playstyle.
Now i don’t think sym’s as severe, but i feel like she either needs some of these trade offs reduced or some extra buffs (i dunno, shorter cd on sentries maybe?).

Come on, this patch might be the best the game ever had.
Give us this last treat.

ps: what does “Teleporter breaks if the entrance is more than 40 meters from the exit” actuall mean? What case does this refers to?
