Switch version doesn't include the Twitch pass?

I bought the Twitch all access pass when it came out and it gave me all the extras that came with it, like the Lucio emote and the Away skins after I linked my account with my ps4.

After getting Overwatch on Switch, I linked my Nintendo account to this one as well but it didn’t give me the skins and emote. Is it a bug or doesn’t the all access pass include the Switch version since it was released WAY before this?

Sorry, it’s my first topic and I’m really confused right now.
