please stop waiting until the last chance to swap to what you are supposed to be playing. its much more respectable to not swap at all and give the team a quicker loss than delaying the game in the last few push situations.

Depends on the role really. Tanks are 100% pick counter pick or you lose, Everything else has a little bit of wiggle room. But tanks no, you HAVE to counter pick or match pick. there is no way around it.
