Nah Valkyrie is her forever ultimate it was suppose to be her ultimate since the day one and they are not going or remove it, I swear if mass rez never existed people would never complain about Valkyrie.

This mightâve been adressed already, but the only thing holding mercy actually back is rez, because when balancing her, you always have to take into consideration that you have this⌠thing you have to balance around perfectly, or mercy might just blow up again. I love rez, I like valkyrie, but not in the combination theyâre right now or will probably ever be.

The problem is that Valkyrie is boring. Itâs not a fun Ult to use especially when you compare it to others. It has little impact on the game after the removal of free Rez.
I think it should really turn Mercy into battle mode. Let her become a true Valkyrie and have it upgrade her gun into a more powerful version.
But I like having unlimited flight and gunning down widows. #keepvalk

Valk needs work but certainly doesnât need removing. Again, instead of advocating for mass rez you should be trying to contribute actual discussion to Mercyâs kit that will actually help change her

I personally like Valk. But if you wanted to remove Rez from the game and put the flying component of Valk on E then Iâm good with that.
But mass rez will NEVER return to this game. Itâs gone. It is not coming back. Stop trying to make mass rez happen; itâs not going to happen.
If you want to suggest a completely new ult though, then Iâm ears. Iâd love to hear new ideas that arenât simply revert because thatâs not realistic. What would her ult be if it was something new, not valk and not rez?

Scatter arrow was featured in his short. Sonic arrow was not. Scatter was definitely a signature ability. And Shield Gen had all those voice lines. Iâm sure they didnât remove that ability lightly. I guarantee they thought a lot about it before getting rid of it.
The same is true of Rez being moved. That wasnât a whim. And they will not revert it. I guarantee you that it wonât come back.
And again, regardless of what either you or I think. We know that there are just as many people out there that absolutely hated mass rez as people who want it back. Itâs a controversial ability and always has been. I did not have a problem with it, but there were a lot of people that did. It wasnât as some people want to remember it where this change just came out of the blue.

Okay⌠so what makes coalescence not boring? It can dps? It can multitask 2 things?
Moira ult functions the same, it has insane range and shouldnât be used in the frontlines unless you want to die.
Also if buffing Valkyrie and nerfing the duration so her kit is more open to do more things so if it doesnât make her funner to you then I donât think you should be playing Mercy anymore.
Itâs my bug, if you canât find Mercy core kit fun then how did you find her fun before the rework? What about mass Rez made her fun? One small thing changes and sheâs not fun.
