So I got suspended for toxic chat (which I should have) but it was meant to expire on October 20th 2020 17:16 UTC however its now October 21st 07:08, why haven’t I been unsuspended yet, any info helps ^^’.
They have an ongoing issue with their suspension system. If you try to reset your password through account recovery (not via battlenet account settings), it will refresh your account and may resolve the issue.

If resetting password doesnt work, then uninstall and reinstall the game.
Reinstalling shouldn’t have any effect on account activity. If the password reset doesn’t work, open a ticket.
