I tried to get into a comp game but it kept crashing. This happened about three times and after that I was suspended from playing for 8 hours. I also can’t figure out how to submit a support ticket because the help page is so confusing. Why isn’t there just a big button that says “submit new ticket” or something??
If you’re trying to open a ticket about the suspension, Customer Support cannot remove or modify suspensions you receive due to a connection issue.

they don’t reverse suspensions. even tho its their server issues
