Super high ping, Israeli servers

the game is unplayable at 180-300 ping
a few months ago it was 80-90
what happened and when will there be Israeli servers?

Mind running a traceroute test and posting the results?

thx for the reply
how do i show you the result
im not allowed to post the pastebin link

Should be able to post your link or the results like this:
~~~~ link\results ~~~~
i put the link instead of “link” but what do i do instead of results
Its either or. You can post the link to the pastebin or you could just post the data from your connection test.
it says there are links in there
im sorry for the hard time
Just post the link without the .com
GOT IT thank you
These are the lines I’d be most concerned about. We’re seeing a timeout on the 6th hop going through the HOTnet network as well as a spike of 334 ms on the 9th hop:
6     9 ms     *       11 ms  BB-H2-B32.236-HFA-HOT-100G.hotnet.net.il [213.57.3.116]
9   334 ms    75 ms    76 ms  adm-b1-link.telia.net [62.115.137.65]
Based on the results I’d look into contacting the service provider. In the past we’ve had players in your area report that their ISP’s offer a “gaming” package that have helped with issues like latency. It may be worth asking if this is an option.
hot is my isp and thank you for your help
you were incredibly helpful
Did it solve your issue?
I called them and the best they could do is change my IP address. which did nothing.
And that “Gaming package” is by another ISP (Bezeq)
yeah its bezeq’s package
and i called them they said the only thing thy can do is change my ip which wont do sh*t because obviously
do you know the download speed and upload speed they have
I still think the problem is on Blizzard’s end, since it started exactly when the symetra patch went live. i’ll wait for the next big patch. if that doesn’t work i’ll just change ISP.
YEAH I KNOW
its the only way because before the patch i was 80 -90
Seeing some additional reports on the issue. Would y’all be able to post looking glass results ran to EU? Once we get enough examples I can send it up!
I ran it multiple times today on different hours but unfortunately all I get is “Error! Please, try again later.” :confused:
Edit: these are the results I get. Note the high jump 137.221.65.16 / 137.221.65.24. These IP addresses are located in France and they shouldn’t have that high of a latency.
Actually, that spike at the Telia node doesn’t really seem to be an issue, from this small sample. It’s just a single paket.
I would be a lot more worried about hop 14, where the time suddenly doubles even though it’s between two devices on the same network (unless you have like /30 nets or something). I would say that router/converter/whatevs that is isn’t feeling very well, or that the switch between 13 and 14 isn’t.
Edit: looking at the peering tables it seems you’re hosting the servers at Equinix? Historically they have had some issues routing large amounts of tiny packets, like the ones you see in games. Might be an idea to have them look at their router config at that node…
its not only in israel servers turkey have same problem to it was good 2-3 days ago 70-90 arounds now spikes up to 150-250 randomly and IND : 30+ so stupid unplayable now
