I have played on the US servers as an EU player for about a year now without any problems, but as of the most recent patch, Overwatch has become choppy even though my ping and fps have stayed the same as they were pre-update. It’s also worth mentioning that I don’t have these issues on the EU server. In the attached video, the stuttering is best noticable if you watch the fuel meter.

Your latency on screen is 144 milliseconds. The symptoms you describe are going to occur naturally even if you did not notice problems before. Even in the training range you connect to an external server and you are subjected to all known issues relating to latency. Based on what I saw, I consider this normal for an overseas connection.
