Stuck on loading screen, removed from game due to inactivity

Game found, loading screen on, but could not load into game. And was then removed from game due to inactivity. This happened since the update and i was issued ban from 10 minutes to now 2hours. Lost SRs, but most importantly, i am not able to play ladder games. I am running on i7, 8GB ram, GTX 970 Ti. Anyone has any idea to solve this? Because this is really getting very very frustrating. Unfair bans and lost of SR due to the recent update. Never had this problem until recent update.

With any PC-related tech issue, please include a DxDiag if you’d like members of the community to help you troubleshoot.

DxDiag instructions (click to expand/collapse)
  1. Reboot your PC
  2. Only open the game and play until you experience the issue.
  3. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  4. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  5. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.

To add it to your reply here:

  1. Open the text file and copy all of the text.
  2. Paste the text in your reply.
  3. Highlight the pasted text and click </> on the post editor.

If your DxDiag does not fit in one message, you can post it on Pastebin.com and provide the hash code (the numbers/letters after the .com) in your reply.

If you don’t want community help (I don’t work at Blizzard), and require staff assistance specifically you may need to open a ticket.

I have done that. Still waiting for them to reply…

If you provide the dxdiag here I can take a look.

Looks like we’re missing most of the report. Can you add the rest or use Pastebin as suggested in my steps?

OK Nicole, its been 3 qp games i manage to complete.

I followed some of the steps blizzard support gave me, and i can say everything seems to be normal now.

What i did?

  1. Restore my system to a early date, before all this was happening.
  2. Updated OW and my GPU driver.
  3. Created another restore point.
  4. I defragmented and optimized my drives.
  5. Reboot CPU and went to OW reset default video settings(they went all Ultra, previously was on HIGH)
  6. Everything seems to be normal now.

Thank you, have a nice day!

Same thing happening to me on PS4, so it’s unlikely your PC.
