Stuck on entering game screen - ISP issue?

Hi,

My game will not load passed the ‘entering game’ screen.
I have tried to scan and repair the game, and also flush and renew DNS.
If I hot spot off my phones network I get in fine though.
My ISP had an outage a few days ago and I think the issue only started from then.

If another network works as expected, you’ve already narrowed down the issue. Best to call the ISP and let them know.
