I have been stuck in bronze five for 5-6 ranks ups. I was an old plat-ish player in overwatch 1. I shouldn’t be “stuck”
It’s a console issue that Blizzard is apparently not interested in fixing. A lot of players have posted on here about it. They aren’t responding.
It’s a pretty big issue, and I hope they’re taking it seriously.
