But can someone give a valid explanation how OW2 streamers are currently live on Twitch streaming the game without any issues, where the rest of the world can’t load it??

…their IPs/accounts are likely whitelisted for priority access. They’re helping promote OW2, it’s nothing personal, just good business…

They’re not whitelisted. They have the same queues as everyone else.

…they had access while others did not. Are you saying some streamers were unable to play today?
