Scatter was too inconsistent, it felt cheap for the user and the target.

Storm Arrows in comparison, is dull as a doornail as a concept for an ability.

Yet, the only thing dumber than Scatter Arrow are the arguments people use to justify its bullcrap “Shoot Floor, Kill Tanks” nonsense.

Storm arrow for sure. Scatter arrow was the cheapest ability in entire game.

Scatter was not only annoying to play against, but also frustrating to use because it was so inconsistent. Storm arrow is so much better.

scatter arrow 100 %. i get satisfaction and storm arrow just doesn t provided it . it feels really luck based and just et me stay cold. scatter arrow took more skill and fits his kit because ur able to use it long range and and from high ground storm arrow just does not give the same result. i honestly prefer most of the time to charge my bow than even us storm arrow. I rarely use it and i dont even care for the cd. the can better buff his misile speed. delete storm arrow and give a heal. everyone that likes storm arrow does not like hanzo as a hanzo main i prefer seeing it deleted for scatter or a heal like soldier. storm arrow doesn t fit it at all.

As much as I hate both abilities, if I had to pick either one it would have to be storm arrow.
Literally getting 1 shot because of RNG was not fun at all.

They should brjng scatter back, and make it so each piece of the scatter arrow can only hit a target once. Make it do what its suppose to do, which is area denial and team attack.

Neither. Both are bad abilities as for either over-consistent and over-rng based

If anything, a passive that makes u fire a 30 dmg arrow following the first arrow fired after lunge.

Storm arrow, because Hanzo actually has to look at his enemy, instead of just shooting the floor.
