I loved to play this game daily but now I only play like one game a week and I get toxic throwing teammates in every game. Blizz can’t tell me this is normal.
It’s because the state of the game is so overwhelmingly and frustratingly bad that people immediately pivot to toxicity. There’s always toxicity, but we’re on a whole new level now.

Life’s to short to waste your chill gaming time on the egos and attitudes in this game.
Whilst we all know the game has issues, please don’t deflect blame away from the players.
There is no excuse for being toxic. Using “games bad” as a get out, gives people an excuse not to take personal responsibility for their actions.

Where in my reply did I say that toxicity is okay? OP stated that they have toxic teammates in every single game, and while toxicity has always been present, it has never been quite this bad. There is no excuse for the behavior, but there is a very distinct connection between the state of the game (have you read the forum posts? have you seen everyone ranting for months and months?) and the rise in toxicity.
You didn’t. But you didn’t blame us the players for it. That’s the problem.
People need to stop giving people excuses. It’s a choice someone makes to be toxic. Don’t do it.
There is no reason for someone to be toxic.
