Patch note says 0.15 size goes to 0.12. That specifically targets projectiles like Ram’s nano staff. Quite big nerf. They nerfed it after S9 once, this is a second nerf. Their excuse was headshots were registering as bodyshots. Ram in a such a bad state compared to his S8 version. Tremendously nerfed overall. He is the least played tank in high elo since S9. It’s crazy they didn’t scale him to post s9 state of the game.
I know, it’s fantastic. It means when I go around as Ram now, people don’t know how to react. The enemy Rein? Shattered his shield meaningless…
