What i would do with hog is give him back his oneshot but remove his self heal and give him some armor to compensate. I would also give him a new ability similar to dooms block, it would be a car door shield that he pulls out to block incoming damage from the front but he could be stunned out of it to make it balanced. In this hypothetical rework he would actually be punishable. Of course pigpen would also be removed in this rework. He wouldn’t be able to tank a bunch of damage and heal all of it with breather, the problem was his survivability not his oneshot.
