Drives are back and Im working diligently toward one of those saawwweeeet Drive Sigs. Ive still never gotten one before. Im hoping this is the season I get one 
Is it me or are the Stomps in Stadium even worst than last season?

I won’t get the chance to get them until Saturday 
. How are support queue times looking? I’d like to get them playing kiri/brig but don’t want to wait sooo long. I could always just play Mei instead!
Not surprising. Likely lots of returning players for those drive sigs. Many of them are probably rusty

I queue Flex, so its faster. I rarely get Support, maybe twice so far? Probably a long queue.

I started out doing DPS in stadium, but then I’d always get one teammate who couldn’t do much. So after midnight, I said screw it, and just started playing support even with the wait.
One game, someone took my Mercy. So I went Brig. And now the enemies can’t handle me. I build her tank, and I’m in contender 1v1ing tanks at round 3. If it’s stomp. it’s 2 tanks to none.
And because it’s draft, I don’t have to worry too much about Pharah surprising me.
This mode is so dumb, I love it.

First time getting a drive here too, gotten to the second version of it. Been a real pain grinding it. Games are so toxic and always with one teammate underperforming (usually the one being toxic too) Normal 5v5 comp for me though. Might do stompium instead tomorrow and just mute chat and get it over with.
edit: stomps in regular comp too btw, hence it being a pain grinding.

Did few rounds of stadium. Good Lord it’s awful. My brain feels like it’s gonna explode now.

I finished my last bit, I have my star, hence my pic change.
Brig tank, is so fun when there’s no flyer. The other tank always seems to have that “haha, she’s standing in front of me” moment. And then I stay there, and don’t die because half my health is armor. And when I use an ability, I get armor from it.
I can’t tell you guys what to do, but I figured out the essential items. And my power path is always the same.
Items are changing next season, so I doubt it’ll stay like this. Just as I started loving draft (like I knew I would)
Unless they make it easier with use-items and whatever else update they are doing next season.
Everytime this happened to me, it was Tracer on my team doing something crazy.
Luckily, the last one was crazy enough to keep us winning.

the captain america build is also pretty strong, 1 combo 1 dead squishy, high carry potential
Last play session both my support and dps queues were up to 20 minutes 
I havent played stadium this season because of those queue times. When ram is added i might start playing tank though. Will give hazard a go too.

It’s been okay for me. However, it’s clear some players aren’t sure what items they need to counter things like CC effects or one shots. Survival items are always underrated by players. Even when you suggest items to get if they’re struggling vs something (which they announce they are), they don’t. I mean, it makes sense people wanna be OP and go all in damage but sometimes it doesn’t work.
Who cares about some “prestige” nameplate that lot of other players have?
Especially when it gets taken off you.
I just wish I could get grouped with players that understand each payload probably needs at least one player on it

I dont do it for the “prestige”, I do it for the artwork and design. I think this seasons looks pretty cool, like Cyborg 
As someone who’s finished all of them, I disagree. I’ve even bought myself a laptop so I can do it when I’m traveling. I dont care if it’s taken away, I still have proof that I did them all.
I bailed out after the first checkpoint, get those 500 ez points then get me out
Stomps in normal QP are much worse than last season - most games are now stomps.
Me neither and I couldn’t care less. The golden guns still aren’t enough of a motivator to get me to even play comp again at all and this FOMO nameplate is supposed to do it?

Ironically, Stomps seem to be more rare during Drives.
