I wrote some time ago to the Technical support of blizzard about being unable to get my stats from Overwatch ( https://playoverwatch.com/es-es/career/pc/Argos-2825 ).
They redirected me to this forums. I wrote a post some time ago and get no response, and the problem persists. Can somebody lend me a hand, please?

Make sure your profile is set to public in game, then make sure you logout on the browser and you may need to clear cookies too. Then try it all again.
Thanks for the reply. I already cheked it. It’s public. It has been in public since forever.
I’d try setting private, then back to public. But if that doesn’t help, put in a web ticket, since it’s not working as intended.
Already tried. And it was the Blizzard support, trough a ticket, who send me here.
