Still no Mercy Contenders skins for October

I have gotten the Symmetra skins before October ended but I haven’t gotten the Mercy skins until now. Blizzard, pls help us!

Streams I’ve watched:
EU- October 29-31
NA - October 29-31
Then I’ve watched October 28 NA for some hours so in total, I’ve streamed 20+ hours.

Please fix this, Blizzard, and give us our skins due. You make yourselves unreliable. If we don’t get the October skins, who’s to say we’re gonna get the skins for the next months?

I didn’t get neither. I swear I’ve watched more than 15 hours yet no Symmetra skin
