I was trying to kamikaze them, but their Dva would roll up and put defense matrix in my face for what felt like eternity and they had a Baptiste/Zen backline. I was getting deleted and any hope I ever had was evaporated by lamp.
You’re not the first and won’t be the last to tell me this. People who never play him really don’t get just how horrible he feels now.
Yeah it’s nowhere near as good in practice as it was in theory. If it was just resets on any kills it would be much better but since it isn’t…Nade speed is almost always better.
Yeah. There’s a reason you only see the freaks with thousands of hours on him making him work or playing him at all in high elo. Other than being a one trick there’s no reason to play him when almost anything else would be stronger, more reliable and less vulnerable to counterpicks. He just isn’t worth it.

Meanwhile Tracer is busted. Tracer making Genji look balanced. can’t wait till she gets her free blink perks gutted. Reaper and Venture both have free in and outs regardless of how bad their engagement goes. Genji is the most team reliant flanker, so that’s why you get those “entitled” Genji players, because if the kill is not secured, and he used his dash, Genji is in trouble. Imagine if Genji had busted perks like Tracer where just by using deflect or walking over a health pack he gains a free dash charge lol. Like Genji is the most ‘kept in check’ flanker in the history of the game. Genji has been brought down a peg already. Reaper and Tracer are the ones that need to be brought down a peg. There is a reason pros are really only playing Tracer and Reaper right now out of all the flankers. I have yet to see a Genji in OWCS. Probably because you can’t run him without having specific heroes next to him, and so it limits the ability to counter pick, so they just don’t even deal with him.

I think it’s insane genji players will pop blade in front of 5 start of a fight and act like it’s a bad ult. They’re so greedy they can’t just play for 1-2 kills + living with a dps ult meanwhile a lot of other dps ults you’ll be lucky to get 1 without immediately being traded.

Dash cooldown reset on kill was maybe cool and fun in 2017, but people learned how to play video games
genji needs a health nerf to 225hp since he is mobile

WuYang is the biggest problem among all heroes now, but he’ll be nerfed after the promotion balance this season.
The most op dps is currently reaper imo. Genji is very good under master, and Tracer is in GM but the winrate of reaper is one of the best from bronze to GM.
The most problematic dps is cree imo. He’s popular so that everyone picks him, but they most likely do nothing, almost throwing : Very high pickrate and one of the worst winrate.

No revert hitscan hp nerfs, revert deflect, and take a look at his perks
And 85% of those Genjis will at least once, pop their ult at low health when both supports are dead and score 0 elims before they die.
I honestly do not understand why so many Genjis do this, WAY more than any other dps.
