owl always streams at like 1am bc of where i live so i leave the streams on my laptop at night. ive done that twice and still havent gotten the skin

That’s weird, I think it can take up to 24 hrs
The Mercy skin should unlock after 4 hours, the Problem which people had was by getting the tokens. They were delayed
Make sure your BNet account is properly linked. Maybe even follow this troubleshoot guide

its been over 24 hours now but i did watch the streams again last night so ill see tomorrow
There will be an Encore stream later that day, best thing would be to follow the troubleshoot guide and turn on the Encore stream to try again
