Been playing OW since OW1. Have no stats. Everything is empty. Is there an update on when this bug will be fixed?

I’m experiencing similar issues on Playstation, I can’t see any of my stats from this season. I also sometimes can’t see other people’s stats even if their profile is public for the same reason.
I think it will be fixed just really hope that it’s sooner than later.
Following up apparently it is a known bug, that should have already been patched.

TLDR: They put out a patch to resolve the issue. The bug made it to where, specifically on console, after comp games career profile stats were reset.
Must not have been entirely fixed because my stats are still not tracking.
But basically, all of the stats from the games that we have played were not saved, and they won’t be saved until the issue is resolved.
it has been almost a month since that post, when they said it would take a few weeks to fix… been waiting to get 1000+hrs back since launch lol
This is ridiculous, hasn’t even been adressed in a month.
