Following up apparently it is a known bug, that should have already been patched.

TLDR: They put out a patch to resolve the issue. The bug made it to where, specifically on console, after comp games career profile stats were reset.
Must not have been entirely fixed because my stats are still not tracking.
But basically, all of the stats from the games that we have played were not saved, and they won’t be saved until the issue is resolved.
