Started getting lagg spikes recently

so a week ago i could play with no isssue, but starting to see some annoying lagg spikes where my ping would jump from 63 to 90-120 every 10 seconds, when i would get in a bigger fight it would jump to 200, this lasts for days now i tryed restarting my router, flushed dns, ran network trubleshooting but nothing changed, anyone can help? thanks

Well, it sounds like you’re experiencing a connection issue. There’s a thread about this in the stickies, and it also asks that you provide network test data if you tried everything else they suggest:

It appears you are experiencing outstanding packet loss at the first ISP node. You also have a 60ms stall at the router/modem. I would recommend to contact your Internet Service Provider and show them the WinMTR results. They may need to send someone out to check the node out side your house or the connection at your house.
