This can be Permanent Fix or Temporary Fix, I don’t know. But this is working for me.
Tested in QP and Comp multiple matches, and this is solved my issues for today. I will keep updating tomorrow as well.
Option → Gameplay → General → Network → Limit Client / Server Send Rate OFF
