3-stack on Horizon Lunar Colony when two members on our team disconnected, one on the enemy team, and then two of us all from a single server error. 10 minute ban and 50 SR lost from competitive due to this unknown issue. The game would not allow myself or my teammates to reconnect to the match, despite still being connected to team chat and the match text channel, even after restarting my game.
