Spotlight invited loyal streamers

who cares about stupid youtubers? their opinion is worth the same as yours or mine, and is worth nothing because developers balance based on the league, not what the community wants

well no wonder why blizzard invited a small youtuber, they are desperate for delusional people who still believes game have hope

They are literally the only voice of the community.
The opinions of OWL players should be ignored above all else because all they want is Sojourn meta 24/7.

Whether you like it or not, they are the only voices that ever are heard.

I’d honestly much rather it be a high rank CC than some random plats or something. At least the devs will get to hear things from the players who actually have good understanding of the game. Otherwise, we are entirely at the mercy of devs who don’t even play their own game.

they are not my voice, they dont represent anyone or anything except themselves, i dont care if there is a noisy dude who have the same opinions as me, doesnt talk for me, they are normal players with very bad takes like anyone on these forum, they worth nothing

yeah i agree, but thats were developers look when making changes for the game
-tree tanks is too boring to watch on the league, bam, role queue
-double shield is too boring to watch on the league, bam brigitte
-two tanks with 6vs6 is too boring to watch on the league, bam, one tank 5vs5
-2cp mode matches end too quick and is too boring to watch on the league, bam 2cp removed
-deffensive gameplay is too boring to watch on the league, bam, now new modes are offensive with less strategy and more arcade shooter gameplay

developers dont listen to youtubers, they pretend they do to fool players they listen, if they listen to youtubers 5vs5 should have never existed, nobody asked for it, well nobody who is a somebody for you, a youtuber

lmao, shilling for youtubers, thats new, again, their opinion mathers the same as yours or mine, nothing, they dont know the game better, their opinions are biased, based on what they like and dont, like any other player

we are and we will

Which is funny because I’m pretty sure torb is seeing just as much if not more play than sojourn right now despite people on the forums complaining she’s too strong and that torb is a throw pick

Would actually be a terrible marketing idea to blacklist marvel streamers because you want to reach the marvel player base not ignore it.

I know that he has been pretty loyal, but don’t invite Spilo aswell unless he combs his hair. It’s like he actively goes out of his way to not comb it

Unfortunately they are. The devs don’t care for the community, they care for pro-players and content creators.
The pro-players don’t care for us, therefore the only voice we have is that of CCs.

That is the funny thing about the League. They want certain characters to be perma-meta, but also their viewers don’t care about what they think and want to see variety, especially successful usage of characters considered throw picks
I don’t wanna see Sojourn deleting entire teams from complete safety for the 50 millionth time, I wanna see Torb get hammer kills

This thread sounds like my 12 year old daughter when she talks to her friends about K-pop garbage.

But she has an excuse… She’s 12.

they care for no one, just money, they dont listed to the community, they dont listen to youtubers, they dont listen to pro players, they balance based on the lague, make the league less boring to watch, when a strategy is popular with pro players developers change the meta because the league was becoming boring to watch the same

by the way what is that crap of content creator? they dont create content of anything, they just react to others content, stupid name made because they are ashmed to be called youtubers, which is just what they are

youtubers should never be a topic about overwatch, they are not the game or developers, a youtuber should only be relevant when leaves because this means overwatch 2 is so bad even they are leaving

You may not care about streamers/youtubers but OW2 is flying 36 of them to Cali. That shows how much they care.

It’s going to be a content creator party. Good marketing strategy at the same time.

false hype for fools who follow youtubers, remember when they invited some to drive a porsche? anybody cared for that? what we want, the announcements and improvements for the game or watching youtubers being paid by blizzard to shill for the game?

Expecting to have ā€˜loyal’ streamers only is wild lmfao this team deserves zero loyalty for how the community has been treated.

Why I’m glad they added hero bans. Not perfect but it has added a ton of variety to the meta

You have nothing to lose from watching content creators. I have learned many heroes from guides by youtubers.

And I have earned many skins from Twitch drops. You gonna convince us to not get 2 free skins tomorrow from simply putting on a stream?

Supertf too much of a brand risk I see

Funny how they chose the streamers who only play Ow so they have less input on how to actually fix the game, the others play rivals for a reason… Maybe blizz should bring them in and find out why?
This would be more beneficial than sitting in an echo chamber stroking each others Ego on how great this game is.

I must know, has there ever been a Torb hammer kill in the League?
I’ve never cared enough to watch it, but if there’s a team that goes out of its way to be entertaining I think I’ll give it a chance
