I got new headset that uses 2 ports (green / pink) and when i play overwatch my sound randomly shuts off for a few second with a fps drop then goes back up with sound. I’ve updated the drivers and followed the steps on sound issues, nothing happened
Are you playing on a pc or laptop? If it’s a pc and you’re using the front ports, try the ones on the back of the machine it possible. Adding your Dxdiag here will also help.
