Sound problem at match start - not launch!

When I play with my Bluetooth headphones, sound is normal and working in the title screen, and in the training program. However, when I join a quick play or comp game, as soon as the match starts (after character selection), the sound changes. It sounds like it’s in a tunnel, with echo, low volume, and with a delay.

As soon as I leave a match, and return to the title screen, the sound returns back to ‘normal’/working.

This only seems to happen in Overwatch, and again, only after joining a true multiplayer match.

I’ve tried:

Windows Headphone properties->Advanced->Exclusive mode (allow application to take exclusive control), and (give exclusive mode applications priority).

Launcher->Settings->Streaming options (disabled streaming)

Overwatch->Options->Sound, Playback device (default or specified), Dolby Atmos for headphones (no effect on this issue, but does sound better on in the title screen)

All do not solve the issue. Any suggestions appreciated.
