My hardware setup
Ryzen 1600 used to overclock at 3.8ghz, thinking that its a stability issue, I just resetted my oc
GTX 1080
Ram 8*2 2400 hz
Something is bottlenecking my setup here.
Somehow I am only getting 100~130 frames with this and my cpu and gpu are both using only 30~40 percent of its performance. I did everything I can without buying a hardware to identify the bottleneck and failed. Please help me
