I’m aware of them.
Blizzard has a lot of matchmakers, and not all patents are implemented, These ones mostly these are for COD.
Overwatch has a very different matchmaker from COD.
You would hope, that they all used the same matchmaker, but that isn’t the Blizzard way, it’s like every game is basically built from the ground up, and very few assets are shared.
So saying “well Overwatch’s one has it” given you can talk to the matchmakers devs (who have mostly left) at the various dev conferences, they are like, “no, Overwatches matchmaker does not have them”
The main matchmaker dev for Overwatch has put out videos on matchmakers, and run a course (which I took!), and you can see his stuff, if you are interested in.
This is why I’m like, “It’s conspiracy theory.” Because the devs who built it, who have no reason to lie (now they have left) are like “nope, we didn’t put them in, and honestly, the mathmaker for Overwatch is so… complex, and big, no one even would try”
