It isn’t really stealing, we are appreciating the art and not making a single penny out of it. Kind of a bad argument, but I agree that the creators should be linked, because i’m interested in their other works.

An uncredited artist is an artist missing out on potential sales, commissions, professional job offers, and the like. It’s stealing their opportunity.

stealing their opportunity is selling their art without their approval, licence, etc. - here you have links that direct you to site where it is legally uploaded… you simply link it here
nobody makes money on showing off some of their fav. pictures
sharing their art is making free marketing hours
in fact making such galleries should be with links to sources, yes, i agree - but its not ‘stealing’

Exactly, I had thought that it would link back automatically but i guess it doesn’t, it kind of just goes to the picture
once I get on my computer I will add links to all the artists as it’s giving me a bit of trouble on the phone

This is only true when the artist allows reposts with credit, but many DO NOT, and even then, “credit to the artist” is seen far too often (not saying that’s happening here, but these were uncredited when they were first posted. Too many people saw them with no artist credit, and that’s a problem.)
