Then she would be giving up 3 abilities instead of 1. The more apt comparison would be losing a charge of Blink or Recall completely.

Disagree. Blink like Firestrike is 1 ability, it has multiple charges for balance reasons, but it’s still just a single ability.

Which, still doesn’t contest that in the game, on its own merit, Recall is stronger then any other individual skill with a singe use.
