You can’t just write off an issue with “improvise and adapt”.
If the new hero was released and was littered with bugs and under-powered abilities that made him borderline awful to play as, then he would need changes and not just “adaption”
One of the best OWL Sombra’s agree it is a nerf and it needs to be changed.
